I am writing to you in the light of a recently published study from Northern Spain.
The trial looked at the timing of blood pressure medication. The conclusion from 19,000 people studied was that people who took their blood pressure medication (apart from diuretics eg bendrofluethiazide) at bedtime were 45% less likely to experience a major cardiovascular event such as a heart attach or stroke compared with people who took them in the morning. My suggestion would be to follow the trials recommendations.
